Submission of Abstracts

Please download the template of abstract, and submit the abstract via e-mail to: jsdh36@intergroup.co.jp
When submitting, please be sure to write “Abstract submission” as the subject of the e-mail, and attach the abstract file to the e-mail. Please clarify whether you would like poster or oral presentation.

Important Note:

• Author(s): The number of authors are limited to 15 per abstract.
• Author(s) Affiliation: Write the affiliations and countries of all authors.
• Title: The title is less than 60 characters. It should be dynamic and conclusive, rather than descriptive.
• Abstract Text: The abstract must contain the following elements: objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
• The word limit of the abstract is 300 words, excluding the title, names of authors/co-authors, and affiliations.
• Graphs and tables will not be published in abstracts.
• Abstracts exceeding the words limit will be considered “incomplete.”
• When presenting a case report, you must obtain a consent document from the patient or family.
